
The Traffic Injury Research Foundation (TIRF), the Association of Transportation Safety Information Professionals (ATSIP) and the City of Edmonton’s Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) are pleased to co-host the International Forum on Traffic Records and Highway Safety Information Systems Special Session in Edmonton on May 2nd, 2013. The theme of this Special Session is “Data Integration: Linking Data to Help Save Lives”.
This unique event will take place in conjunction with Edmonton’s 5th International Conference on Urban Traffic Safety, April 29th-May 1st, 2013. Both events share a common theme of 'data integration' and 'analytics' focusing on added value through the optimization of multiple data sources to help save lives. Both events will feature renowned speakers from around the globe, including North America, Europe, Australasia and the Middle East. These events will provide excellent networking opportunities in a vibrant city that serves as the gateway to the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains.
Abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations will be accepted until February 28, 2013. Registration is now open. Early bird registration ends January 31, 2013.
